2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login information or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Dog Photo Usage

By uploading photos of your dog, you grant Bark Dating a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display those photos within the app for the purpose of the dog discovery feed and related features. You confirm that you own the photos or have permission to use them.

Your dog may be assigned to another user as part of the core app mechanic. Dog photos and AI-generated personality blurbs will be visible to other users in the discovery feed.

4. Acceptable Behavior

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or send threatening messages to other users.
• Upload content that is offensive, explicit, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to manipulate the dog assignment or discovery systems.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app's operation.

5. Payment Terms

Premium features are available through paid subscriptions processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to the community. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

7. Disclaimers

Bark Dating is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or free from errors. We are not responsible for the behavior of other users or the accuracy of user-generated content.

AI-generated personality blurbs are for entertainment purposes and may not accurately reflect your dog's actual personality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bark Dating and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
